Return Policy

• Unopened product may be returned for refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date you ordered it.
• The unopened item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it in order to receive a refund or exchange.
• You are responsible for shipping costs.
• We will refund your money less a 7% processing fee within 3 business days after your unopened same condition product is received.
• To effect a return, please call our customer service number at 480-532-3110 for a refund number and shipping label, both of which will be emailed to you.
• Our goal is to completely satisfy you, our customer.

Privacy Policy

Except as provided for in Section 17 of the Affiliate agreement titled Data Protection, Botany Bay Oils, Inc., will not share personal data such as phone numbers, addresses or email addresses. Botany Bay Oils, Inc., will make every effort to protect the privacy of the individual Health By The Drop Affiliate.
